My first in-house role - part of the Creative Media team for a number of years at the luxury brand’s iconic head office, Horseferry House. I worked on wide range of projects in that time, both online and in-store.

Role and Impact
– Worked with a small team on the development of an RFID-enabled 'Digital Nail Bar' for the brand's Covent Garden store. Featured in Vogue and Cosmopolitan.
– Worked as lead designer on the brands first foray into garment personalisation.
💅 Digital Nail Bar at the Beauty Box
Burberry’s Beauty Box boutique opened in Covent Garden in 2014. The Digital Nail Bar allows visitors to the store the opportunity to virtually test nail varnishes on a variety of skin tones using an iPad application and an RFID-enabled platform. It’s like that bit in Total Recall. Following its success in London, the Nail Bar was rolled out to stores globally.
🧥 The Heritage Collection
Burberry’s iconic Heritage Trench Coat - a hundred-year-old design, still handmade in England and still synonymous with the label. Burberry refined the range to 4 core fits and dedicated a section of their site to the anatomy and history of their ubiquitous piece. Touch points throughout the section direct shoppers to pages where they can purchase, and also customise, a trench. I convinced even myself that spending £1,200 on a coat is justifiable.
