My expertise spans problem framing, idea generation, vision development, and extends to the nitty-gritty of creating prototypes, user testing, working with engineering teams, developing design systems, and hiring.

Most recently, I lead the Product Design function at KultraLab, an A.I. coaching and behavioural change app targeted at the retail industry.

Before that, I was the Principal Product Designer at the digital healthcare service Doctor Care Anywhere, where I joined a 12-person startup and watched it grow into a 500+ person publicly listed company.

For the past few years, my side project has been Companion, a toolkit for SMEs to build healthy and productive workplaces, which was acquired by Terryberry in 2023 🎉.

My experience across agencies and product teams has taught me the importance of balancing data-informed design with aesthetic craft. I believe in the power of simple details in digital products to delight users and build trust — whether it’s typography, animation, or an appropriate tone of voice — and I enjoy taking a hands-on approach to perfecting them.
